ETIKA BISNIS PELENGKAP CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SYARIAH
Abstract
Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance (KNKG) tahun 2010, mengintrodusir etika bisnis dengan menafsirkan prinsipprinsip etika pada kegiatan bisnis tertentu. Dengan standar umum yang kurang jelas ini, telah menimbulkan wacana di kalangan akademisi dan praktisi. Peneliti Roszaini Haniffa and Mohammad Hudaib menemukan ketidaksesuaian antara komitmen dan praktik bisnis. Muhammad Djakfar melihat etika dan moral secara harfiah adalah sistem nilai bagaimana manusia harus hidup di tengah masyarakat, dan juga etika jauh lebih luas dari moral, etika disini diartikan sebagai filsafat moral. Berbeda dengan Sofyan S. Harahap yang memahamkan etika sebagai cabang filsafat tapi juga sebagai cabang ilmu. Pemahaman terhadap makna etika bisnis tersebut berujung timbulnya berbagai teori etika bisnis yang banyak dikemukakan para akademisi. Penulis menemukan bahwa ajaran Islam telah mempunyai etika bisnis syariah yang kokoh dimulai dari teladan yang diperaktikan oleh Nabi Muhammad Saw, yang bersumber kepada Wahyu yakni al-Qur’an dan Sunnah Rasululullah Saw, sebagai suatu pandangan hidup (worldview) Islami sehingga bersifat lengkap (shamil) dan sempurna (kamil). Etika bisnis dalam Islam berlaku universal tidak terkondisi dengan suatu kegiatan bisnis.References
