Data Availability Policy
Data Availability Policy
MISYKAT: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Al-Qur'an, Hadist, Syariah dan Tarbiyah supports transparency and reproducibility of research.
- Data Availability Statement. Every research article must include a Data Availability Statement (before the References) explaining where the data, sources, and materials supporting the findings can be accessed (e.g. a repository link or DOI), or why they cannot be shared.
- Textual and library research. For studies based on texts (tafsir, hadith collections, fiqh works, manuscripts), authors must cite the editions used precisely so that sources can be verified.
- Fieldwork data. Interview transcripts, questionnaires, observation notes, and other field data should be made available on reasonable request, or deposited in a repository, while protecting participants' identities and personal data.
- Restrictions. Data may be withheld only for legitimate reasons such as research ethics, confidentiality, personal data protection, or intellectual property. The reason must be stated.
- Editors and reviewers may request access to underlying data during review to verify the findings.
