Conflict of Interest
Conflict of Interest Policy
MISYKAT: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Al-Qur'an, Hadist, Syariah dan Tarbiyah requires all parties involved in publication to disclose any conflict of interest that could influence, or be perceived to influence, the work.
Authors
Authors must disclose all financial and non-financial interests (funding, employment, personal relationships, affiliations, or beliefs) relevant to the manuscript in a Conflict of Interest statement. If there is none, authors state: “The authors declare no conflict of interest.”
Reviewers
Reviewers must decline to review a manuscript if they have a competing interest, such as a close collaborative, institutional, or personal relationship with the authors, or a direct competing work.
Editors
Editors must not handle manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest, including submissions from their own institution's close colleagues or their own work. Such manuscripts are assigned to another editor, and the conflicted editor is excluded from all decisions.
Undisclosed conflicts of interest are handled under our Research Misconduct procedure.
