The journal is managed by an independent Editorial Team responsible for all editorial decisions. The publisher provides funding, infrastructure, and administrative support but does not interfere in editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated by external Peer Reviewers.
The journal is not funded by advertising, and no commercial revenue influences editorial decisions.
