KEPEMIMPINAN ISLAMI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
Abstract
Pengembangan mutu lembaga Pendidikan Islam salah satunya akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan oleh individu dalam memimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kepemimpinan islami memiliki beberapa ciri khas yang dapat digunakan pemimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam melakukan tugas kepemimpinan.
Kepemimpinan Islami merupakan keseimbangan antara kepemimpinan dengan konsep duniawi maupun konsep ukhrawi, menggapai tujuan hakiki lebih dari sekedar tujuan organisasi yang bersifat sementara, menuntut komitmen tinggi kepada prinsip-prinsip Islam dan menempatkan tugas kepemimpinan tidak sekedar tugas kemanusiaan yang dipertanggungjawabkan hanya kepada anggota, tetapi juga di hadapan Allah Swt.
