KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM
Abstract
Di dalam Islam ada beberapa isu yang sering diangkat ke permukaan terutama yang berkaitan dengan isu relasi jender. Isu tersebut, antara lain konsep kepemimpinan perempuan, aurat, busana muslimah, persaksian, poligami, hak-hak reproduksi perempuan, peran publik perempuan, dan konsep superioritas laki-laki dan sebagainya. Dalam artikel ini menyuguhkan salah satunya yakni kepemimpinan perempuan dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Jika membaca sepintas beberapa ayat dan hadis tentang hal tersebut, terkesan ada kecenderungan seolah Islam memojokkan perempuan dan mengistimewakan laki-laki. Akan tetapi, jika menyimak secara mendalam dengan menggunakan metode semantik, semiotika dan hermeneutik secara kritis, maka justru sebaliknya, Islamlah yang pertama kali menggagas konsep keadilan jender dalam sejarah, sepanjang kehidupan umat manusia. Melalui artikel ini, akan menjelaskan bagaimana nashnash yang telah diteliti tentang perempuan dan juga dapat meluruskan penafsiran klasik yang terbukti tidak objektif, karena ternyata terkontaminasi oleh kondisi sosial budaya yang didominasi oleh peran laki-laki, terutama sekali terkait dalam konteks kepemimpinan perempuan.References
